Italian solo artist OTTOBRE has released her debut full-length album, BESTIA, extending the nu-metal direction introduced by her single “mosche.” Released on October 9, 2026, through Thamsanqa, the album features collaborations with Affanno., INVERNO and ALLERTA!.
“non mi va,” “ragni” and “foto” were among the singles preceding the record. According to the announcement supplied by Ironclad Metal PR, BESTIA develops that heavier approach through guitars, anger and deeply personal lyrics. The campaign cites Linkin Park and Bring Me The Horizon as reference points for listeners.
OTTOBRE is the project of Giulia, whose earlier material drew on a different set of influences. Her supplied biography places its roots in early-2000s pop-rock, citing Paramore and Avril Lavigne alongside the more recent work of Olivia Rodrigo. That background provides the context for the subsequent shift toward metal described in the announcement.
Giulia joined the Thamsanqa roster in 2024 and released “Pugnale,” her first single with the label, that September. A second single, “Prima dell’alba,” followed ahead of her debut EP, GOMME DA MASTICARE, which arrived on November 8, 2024.
The following year brought the deluxe edition, GOMME MASTICATE, while “mosche” introduced the project’s heavier phase. The biography identifies that single as the turning point toward a rougher, more explicitly metal sound—a development carried into the first album.
BESTIA brings that progression into a full-length release, with the three named collaborations accompanying OTTOBRE’s increasingly personal lyrical direction. The announcement does not specify the collaborators’ individual tracks or roles.
