Australian deathcore band TO THE GRAVE have announced a new album, Liberation Front, due out October 2. The reveal comes with the release of a new single, “NAIL MARY”, and an official video for the track.
The Sydney group described the album as their BLKIIBLK debut. Liberation Front follows the recently released single “EYESTALK ABLATIONS” and is presented by the band as a return toward the more deathcore-focused side of their sound.
Vocalist Dane Evans said the new material grew out of an idea formed while touring Australia last year, with the band aiming to build something connected to Director’s Cuts. He also said “NAIL MARY” addresses the use of religion to justify violence against animals.

According to the source material, TO THE GRAVE formed in 2010 and have previously released Global Warning, Epilogue, Director’s Cuts, and 2024’s Everyone’s a Murderer. The current lineup is Dane Evans on vocals, Jack Simioni and Nic Webb on guitars, Matt Clarke on bass, and Connor Kingdom on drums.
The band will also head out on a North American co-headline run with Crown Magnetar starting September 17 in Chicago. Face Yourself will appear throughout the tour, with select dates also featuring I Declare War, Tracheotomy, Backbiter, Squelching, and Ameonna.
Before that, TO THE GRAVE are scheduled to play a run of Australian dates in September, including shows in Perth, Adelaide, Frankston, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane.
